What's 'Cool' in Canada?

Is it watching whales frolic in the Bay of Fundy, exploring the nightlife scene around Toronto's Queen Street West, enjoying an amazing hiking adventure in the Rockies or slipping along the Pacific coast in a sea kayak? Tell us your tales, show us your shots, and you can win some terrific prizes. Canadians aged 18 to 26 (born between Oct 1, 1973 and May 1, 1982) who travel beyond their home province or territory between May 1 and Sept 30, 2000 are eligible to enter.

How it Works

FEATURE STORY COMPETITION:

Tell us your tale as you would tell it to a good friend. It can be about anything, from a wild day river rafting to a moving cultural encounter. Each typed or computer generated entry must be 800-1,200 words in length and submitted in printed form, double-spaced. You may be asked for an e-mail copy at a later date if your story is chosen for an award. Your submission can include a single 4 x 6 or 5 x 7-inch print photograph, but story entries are not required to have accompanying photographs. At the top of the story and on the back of each photograph, include your name, home address, telephone number, e-mail address (if available), birth date and the location of the story or image.

PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION:
