Lake Louis, Alberta - The skilled labour, tax breaks and the spectacular scenery of Alberta have made it a mecca for movie makers. Even even back in 1965 film footage of Alberta was incorporated into a famous five-time Oscar-winning feature. Stock shots of rail travel from the Lake Louise area appeared in Dr. Zhivago, which starred Julie Christie and Omar Sharif.
