Among the many spectacular buildings by Canadian-born Frank Gehry – the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, California – Among the many spectacular  landmark buildings designed by Canadian-born Frank Gehry – the curvy stainless steel Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. It was designed to be one of the most acoustically sophisticated concert halls in the world, and is the permanent home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic. It’s said that Gehry was inspired for this design by his love of sailing. Located downtown, it’s adjacent to the existing Music Center of Los Angeles. The the parking garage alone cost $110 million!
