As of January 12, 2007, you can follow a new set of tracks through the snow to Jasper! VIA's luxurious new Snow Train Express leaves Edmonton for Jasper on Friday evening at 4 p.m. and arrives back in Edmonton on Sunday at 11:30 p.m. This means you can ski all weekend long and still get back in time for your work week! Offering convenient connections with the Canadian <http://www.viarail.ca/trains/en_trai_toja.html> , the Snow Train Express features VIA's exclusive Panorama viewing cars and includes a delicious meal.

One-way adult fare (meal included) is $123 CAN, with discounts for seniors (60+), students (12-17 or 18+ with ISIC card) and children (2-11), excluding taxes.
